Application Process

    RiverBay is pleased to announce that it completed a refinancing deal with New York Community Bank on September 30, 2004. This will provide the funds necessary for RiverBay to move forward with the required repairs to the garages

      All applications are for our waiting lists since no apartments are available on an immediate basis. At the current time, the waiting time for tower one and two bedroom apartments is approximately two months from the date the application is received and approved. This time period may lengthen as applications are received. Your completed application will secure your spot on our waiting list. We have one, two or three-bedroom waiting lists. The application process as well as the form are currently being revised.  The new application form will be available on October 1, 2009.  You may use one of the three methods described here to acquire an application form after October 1st.
