Department Description

    Computer Services is responsible for providing computer hardware and software necessary for RiverBay employees to do their work in the most efficient and effective way that technology and our budget can support.  We install and maintain computer hardware and software; train employees to use computer software and help them choose the best way to use the software to make their work more efficient; nstall, configure and maintain network cable, servers, network operating systems and other network-based software such as SQL server and network communication devices such as hubs, switches and routers; analyze, design, program and maintain software used by RiverBay departments such as Sales, Finance, Garage, Restoration, Contract Administration, Office Services and CSO; analyze, evaluate and help select third-party software such as property management, Public Safety dispatching, Risk Management and Human Resources; protect RiverBay data, hardware and software from theft or damage; analyze the need for, evaluate, identify, install, configure and maintain security video and access control systems; and, last, but not least, for processi window guard forms and ensure that all cooperators respond to our request for window guard information.
