Walk-in Information Request Form

    RiverBay is instituting a new procedure for cooperators who need information or who would like to set up appointments with specific departments.

    Effective September 7, 2004, cooperators may request information via the Internet at www.riverbaycorp.com using the form at the bottom of this page, which may be submitted to schedule an appointment or seek information on various issues.  The Request Form is also available to individuals who come to the Bartow Administration Offices and may be picked up at the Administration Reception desk.

            All requests for information will be forwarded to the appropriate department, after which time someone from that department will contact you within one business day to either resolve your issue or arrange an appointment to discuss the matter in more detail.

            This process is being implemented to expedite resolutions to ongoing issues and save time for both RiverBay management and residents.

            Please do not take time off from your work day or other engagements without a scheduled appointment with a RiverBay representative.   If you need further information regarding this procedure, please call 718-320-3300 and press zero.
