Department Description

    The Legal Department is responsible for guiding management in conducting the business of Riverbay Corporation within the letter and spirit of the law, to protect Riverbay Corporation, its Board of Directors and Management from legal liability, and to practice preventive law, whenever practical. The department provides and coordinates the full range of legal activities required at all levels of Riverbay’s diversified operations and is concerned with all matters having legal implications. A primary requirement is to provide legal advice and guidance necessary to the effective development of corporate policies and procedures.
