Description
|
Candidate will perform several duties in the Restorations Department including the removal, repair and new installation of all tiling in the apartments being restored.
Disconnect/reconnect commodes. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm. |
Requirements
|
Knowledge and experience in floor repair and tiling is preferred. Previous general contractor work is a plus. Must be able to lift and transport items and equipment weighing between 50-70 lbs. Must be able to follow directions from Supervisor. Valid NYS Drivers License |
