    RiverBay provides these pages for the convenience of the shareholders to allow them to easily find out important information such as policy changes as well as maintenance instructions.

    You may, for example, learn RiverBay's rules regarding Satellite Dishes,  Handicapped Parking, Apartment Improvement or Renovation guidelines or how to clean your convectors or recognize a RiverBay employee by his or her uniform.

     In 2012 the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal issued new policies for shareholders who wish to move out of Co-op City or transfer from one apartment in Co-op City to another one.
