WAITING LIST FOR ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IN HIGH-RISE BUILDING

This page shows those on the waiting list for a three-and-a-half or four room, one bedroom apartment who applied before January 1, 2009.  If you applied before January 1, 2009, to find your position on the waiting list, find your account number in the 3.5 Rooms list or the 4.0 Rooms list, depending on for which one you applied.  There are no more applicants who applied before January 1, 2009 waiting for a three room apartment.

If you applied for an apartment after January 1, 2009, add the number of people on the waiting list below for the apartment size you chose (3.0, 3.5 or 4.0) to the position you are in on the HCR web site at https://www1.dhcr.state.ny.us/AutomatedWaitingList/GenerateWaitlist.aspx .  If, for example, you applied for a 4-room apartment in a high-rise building after January 1, 2009, add the number of people on this list (11) to your position in the HRC AWL web page to get your accurate position on the waiting list.

"Lower" refers to apartments from the second floor to the middle floor in the building.  "Upper" refers to a floor from the middle floor of the building to the top.  "Accepted" means that the applicant has accepted an apartment, but the process is not final.  Once the acceptance is finalized, the applicant will be removed from the list.

3.5 ROOMS

There are no more transfer applications submitted prior to January 1, 2009.  Please check HCR's Automated Waiting List for the status of the waiting list for 3.5 room apartments.
