Department Description

    Residential Sales is responsible for the acceptance and processing all apartment applications for both new applicants and transfer applicants. This includes administrating all of the various waiting lists for apartments. The department also process move-out requests which includes preparing move-out papers known as withdrawal papers as well as putting the apartment up for sale. In addition, it accepts the keys upon move-out and gives out the keys on the move-in date. Elevator permits are also issued to all move-ins, move-outs or anyone removing furniture or getting a delivery of furniture.
