Scheduling

    The Scheduling department rents community rooms for meetings or social events.  While some rooms are rented to Co-op City organizations permanently, most are rented for periods ranging from one day to multiple days.  We ensure that contracts are properly executed, collect fees, distribute security deposits, prepare and execute short-term leases and assist in setting up and selling tickets for Co-op City's annual fairs.
